Paging TTschwing please...shift boot ?
Adding an aftermarket boot and **** and saw your great how-to guide but I can't get the ring off to start the process. Thought I had the right allen wrench(metric) but it doesn't quite fit. What do I need to remove the aluminum ring that holds the rubber bellows to the transmission hump? Sorry for the need here-just kinda tool dumb I guess. Thanks!

Those are Torx head bolts....>>
#25's I think, could be #20. Go to sears and pick up one of those fold out Torx wrench kits for a few bucks. You're gonna need them on this car anyway!!
