The most popular seem to be:
A chip of some kind. I am getting a Garrett
Borla Exhaust, which is a cat back variety. I have read that Scorpion also makes an exhaust and LLTek offers one too.
The above is pretty much the ONLY way to speed the car up for under $1000.00. If you have even more money to throw at it, then you can get a full exhaust. You can replace the Turbo with a K04, open the engine and do all sorts of mods.
I am also getting H&R Sport Springs that will lower my Q almost 1.5"
