Default Pix of K ECU vs T ECU

Buried this in another message last night -

Pictures of the T and K sockets available at the URL. Never-minding the "immobilizer" issue, anybody else run into this this incompatible modification?

http://www.taylorsonline.com/t_vs_k.shtml</a

Default Nah, just the direct sunlight along those edges

We tested the connections with the ECU out and easily accessible. It was immediately obvious that it wasn't going to work, and why.

Default No, I don't belive there's an adapter (more)

As far as I know, Audi hasn't answered inquiries as to why they changed the connectors. Maybe they didn't know? Maybe they intended to force dealerships to replace the wiring harness if/when they replaced the ECU? If someone needed a new factory-ECU, would Audi replace the cable at no add'l cost? An adapter might defeat the purpose of the change (if there was one).
