Possible arrest in sniper case...
"Police investigating the series of sniper shootings have surrounded a white van at a gas station near Richmond, Va., and arrested a man sitting in the van."

Apparently there was a note left at the last shooting
that said authorities would be contacted Mon, they picked him up at an Exxon Station at a phone booth. White Van, supposedly had weapons on him. Crossing my fingers
