Default Possible problem w/ engine... help!

Ok... here's the deal. My car is stock, 750 miles and the only things I've done are:
1. Install Forge 007P DV
2. Unplug first plug form ECU (in a attempt to reset but had the chastity belt on)
Today was the first day I was able to go for a real drive and here's what I've noticed. From 1k to almost 3k... no power. 3k hits and BAM... HARD POWER!!!! Also, sometimes if I'm in say 3rd gear and cruising along, I'll get a little power, a pause, then BAM... a surge of power!!!! The only thing that I can think of is:
1. I messed up something when I unpluged the ECU
2. The DV is sticking or something, but it's only 2 weeks old...!!!!
Please help... I didn't wanna bring the car to the dealer so soon...!!!!!!

Default But the turbo used to kick in smoother...

And if I let out the clutch in 1st at say 1500 rpms... the car will actually feel like it bogs for a second and then kicks in hard. Unless when I unpluged the one plug from the ECU it still reset and I'm not used to this...! I have been flooring it all around to try and get the ECU to adapt to the harder driving. Maybe it's normal...! Just seems different.

I don't think it was bad, but the FORGE is MUCH BETTER.

Default As Dick said below, check all 3 hose connections. One could not be on all the way.

Christine had a dealer reinstall her DV improperly, so it is possible you could have as well.

Default You changed parts on a brand new car? I'd put it back to stock and see if it fixes it...

or maybe you got the wrong Forge DV and it takes a lot more pressure to open that baby up and when it does so then it opens suddenly.
