Default Power Steering Fluid Leak

I did the search thing and based on what I have read it may be the pressure sensor. It is obviously leaking (loss of fluid and very wet in the area below the fuild tank. Does anyone have a picture of where the sensor is located, or a good description?

TIA
Jack

mine leaked and was replaced.. as well as the pump. I wish I took more time to look at it myself, but was new to the TT when it went bad. Looking in from the top, you can see the sensor on the top, front part of the pump, which is obviously under the alternator since you found the leak. Probably a cinch to switch out.

Not sure how much will leak out when you switch it, but it'll be a lot cheaper than having a dealer do it.

Every TT owner should have a Bentley manual if you are going to do work on your TT.

Just sayin'.

Right on. And if you wait until you have a problem to order one, you're probably screwed. It took over 2 months for mine to come in. I order it last(2009) September and got late November.
