Default Problem with Bearing(s)?

I drive the 2001 TT Quattro Vert. When I go 18-21 mph, the car feels like something is wrong with a bearing somewhere or something because a rotational vibration is felt through the whole car. It's a pretty significant vibration. When I go faster or slower than 18-21, the vibration goes away. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

First--- check your rear tires for cupping on inside edge.

Bearing would be accompanied by a noise.
