problems with Hyperboost DV...

I have 225 TT roadster.. Just installed a skn chip and exhaust from the audi dealer.. The problem started when I installed the DV.. My air mass thrmostat fried and there was an error saying air pressure exceeded.. they tested the turbo and found out it running at 2.5 psi while it should be running 2.2 psi with the chip.. I had to take out the DV and reinstall the original one. Anyone had the same problem..

Nope... Who's Chip? Do you mean 25.0 PSI (1.7+bar)? >>>

More experts here than I, but I've run peak bost of 1.7 bar with APR 93 octane and ECS N75 without problems...

Too much boost.. 2.2[bar] is 32+ psi boost... 2.5bar is almost 37 psi!

You've got a BIGGER problem than the DV in there for sure!!! Something ain't right.
