Problems At StartUp

My car sits outside under my carport. It is always very humid outside my house since the lot is heavily wooded and on water. I suspected the humidity, but then it happened on the occasional cold and dry morning, too.
Condensation in the motor that bunrs off after a few cycles of combustion? Engine drag from the A/C kicking the blower on high on warm and humid mornings?
I know there are some well informed folks here that have more solid insight than me!
Ivan

Considering that the TT has rather modern electronics, I don't know if this would solve it, but what I used to do is move the key to on and wait about 10-15 seconds before starting.
On other cars, it seemed that some sensors needed to do some mechanical adjustments to mixture before starting or else it go confused.
Just my thoughts, I'm still waiting on my AG 225.
Anyone experience the startup to be a bit longer on somedays and shorter on others? My old honda started up the same every morning for its 15 year life. Perhaps a different kind of engine(carb vs inj.)?
JasonC
