Tip of the hat to mcphill for his excellent install write-up. See:

I liked his idea of installing grease nipples. A cheap and easy mod that should prove effective to prevent squeak noise. Used a 1/4 inch drill and tap kit to drill through bracket and poly bushing.

Tap threads....

Use dremel to make a shallow groove all around interior, in line with 1/4 inch hole. These 90 degree grease nipples make access easier.

I managed to get old bar out and new one in with heat shield left in place. Most screws were removed and it flexed enough when needed. Here is mounted bracket and fitting on my euspeed sway bar.:

Pumped in some Mobil 1 grease and good to go......

I'm not sure you should have used Mobil 1 grease, you need to use
a silicon based product (I think it's silicon based - like the stuff Neuspeed sent with the bar) for poly bushings. Not sure if you will have problems or not with the Mobil 1 and the poly bushings but i'd check into it.

Neuspeed told me they supply a marine silicone grease... >
and BTW, if you've got the smooth bore red bushings, there's a newer version where the inside bore is essentially screw threaded so that it holds more grease.
I replaced my smooth-bore bushings with these updated ones; if that doesn't work I'll have to add the grease nipple mod.

Damn! Just googled this. Silicone based grease, with or without tefllon (PTFE) is the stuff to use.
Impurities in natural petroleum based lubes will eventually attack to polyurethane. Since Mobil 1 is 100% synthetic, it may not be a problem. But I wish I had looked into this first. Guess I can re-visit this when I replace exhaust. NasTTcar - still have your old Milltek?
Thanks for the heads up on proper lube.
