Default Purchased another roadster...

<center><img src="http://www.michael-levinson.com/ebay/MAI31878.jpg"></center><p>This is the Miasto Special Edition 1:18 scale Nimbus/Amber die cast roadster model. These are routinely available on Ebay, Yahoo, and Amazon auctions. The cost usually runs $20-$30 bucks, and they are offered in the expected colors.

I also have a blue Revell TT coupe, and let me say that the detail of the Miasto model is much greater. From the gauge faces, to the brake calipers, to the baseball stitching on the seats, the attention to detail is quite good.

So for prospective roadster owners like AK Rascal or ChuckH, this model might help keep you happy until if/when the real thing arrives!<p><img src="http://home.san.rr.com/winefinds/1.jpg" border="0">

Default Got my other TTR a couple months before the full-sized model...

guess I could post that I was "first" to have one of those in my registry. Sorry Brad, just had to say it... ;-)

Default Try www.exoticar.com

and enter Audi TT Roadster in the search. It will pull up six entries (the last one is the one for the Maisto model). Cost is $24.95 and a few bucks for shipping. They also send a great catalogue with loads of other diecast model vehicles.

Mine sits "prim and proper" on top of my monitor. Next best thing to checking the car sitting in the garage when I am here keyboarding and surfing the net.

Default Actually...

the color between the model and the real thing is extremely close. I think it is one of the better diecast models I have seen.

Yeah, I will have to try Zaino on it...haha!<p><a href="http://members.tripod.com/abqnmsteve/the_audi_tt.htm"><img src="http://members.aol.com/stevestt/myhomepage/SteveTNTT.jpg" border="0" alt="Check out my Audi web page"></a>
