Default Question about X-chip vs. FMIC X-chip

From what has been written in the past, it seems that an FMIC does little to add to the performance of a 225Q unless you live where it is 100 degrees.

Is the same true for the X-chip vs. the FMIC X-chip? Is the combination of the FMIC and FMIC X-chip significantly superior to a standard X-chip without the FMIC in areas where it isn't 100 degrees? TIA.

Default The FMIC alone...>>>

Makes noticeable improvements to the car in less than hot conditions. Cooling the charge of a turbo beyond what the stock IC's can accomplish has definite measurable benefits. How the FMIC chip takes advantage of this is unknown at this time.

Default $ for $, FMIC is not a big bang for the buck.

That being said, I am happy I have it and now the X-chip can take advatage of it.

Side by side a TT with the FMIC/FMIC-x chip v. a TT with x-chip should be the same. Make it 90 degrees out, I think you know who would have the advantage.

Default they use it to their advantage by

running map & boost values that may generate more heat but do not result in heatsoak w/ the FMIC as they would w/ stock ICs
