Default Question on LED tail lights

Does anybody think it'd be possible to create LED tails that have circles of LEDs somewhat like the Bugatti tails or even like the new passat, just something where there would be circles of LEDs.

Anybody have any input, I think these would look great.

I don't like the clear too much either I just want good looking LEDs
