Default Rattle in Dash

I have a major rattle in the dash that just started. It appears to be in the center, but it's hard to tell. Any ideas on how to find out what it is and/or how to get inside the dash?

Default oh yeah...

Yup - my audi service tech opened it up, said there was a defect with the temperature controls and ordered the parts to fix it.
That was last week (Friday) and I haven't got a call from him yet if they're in or not, but at the very least he's diagnosed & acknowledged the problem.
We'll see...

Default Where? Mine just started too...

Not a temp control thing either; it sounds like it's coming from under the two curved vents on top...

Default Re: Rattle in Dash

Mine seems to be related to temperature. If I shut off the AC compressor, the rattle in the dash stops. Strange. One thing I noticed is that my AC never shuts off; even with the temperature control turned way up. If I don't have the temperature set a 72 min, I freeze.
