Roadster weatherseals -- interesting info on care...>>>
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/51356/eos_krytox_05.jpg"></center><p>From the Vortex, an interesting look at VW Eos weatherseal problems -- and a solution that might have TTR applications.
Anyone use the product? Anyone know if it's applicable to the roof rail and header seals on the TTR? Seems like similar material.
It's DuPont Krytox, apparently. Anyone know what Audi says about Roadster top/hood sealing?
Seems appealing...<ul><li><a href="http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=3087297">Leaky Eos</a></li></ul>

the design of the roadster's convertible and the way it closes makes it hard for water to get in...
I have yet to experience any issues except when the window positioning after the door closes occurs.
The only place this would be useful the little triangular window near the bottom of the pillar area.
Still very interesting.

Mine is leaking a little from the triangle window on the pillar...
I just called my dealership and parts told me that they don't carry the seal treatment anymore. Audi stopped carrying it. I am going to go to the VW dealer and see if I can get some from there. The leak is small but annoying when it rains hard. Just a little drip right now. I hope this clears it up. I know all my seals could use some treating. Does anyone know if there is another treatment that is sold elsewhere?

I use Zymol Seal -->
I usually apply it twice a year when I change over the seasonal shoes. It's a glycerine of some sort and the seals soak it up. No leaks in 4 years.
