Default Rut ro....On the way home tonight I had no power and my boost gauge would not

go past *0* from the vacuum side.....

I think it may be a sticking Forge valve as it seems to have been a little jerky in the last few days....

Plus, I could hear the turbo spooling and it sounded like I could hear the boost bleeding...

I thought one of the intercooler pipe connections might be loose but it happened off and on....

Off to the garage to pull the valve out, I will report back

=(

Hopefully it's nothing worse. Do you still have the nylon piston or the high-temp aluminum?

Default have you done any mods to your tt? you know, like new tires or a...

different brand of windshield wiper? if so, audi will turn you out into the cold and wet on your own! what's that? why should windshield wipers have anything to do with your problem? good question.

Default When you experience "leaking" during WOT - does it feel like it looses a little power on and off

through the upper RPM range. I notice on my TT with the Forge (ugraded a week ago) that when I'm WOT I get a few little flat spots above 4k. It doesn't happen all the time - but is apparent.

Default yep - actually feels like my k03 a4 - just runs out of steam

where it used to pull right to redline
almost like a slipping clutch is a good analogy too - lots of rpm and boost noise - but not much juice at times

Default Hmmm - sounds like what my car does - I though possibly slipping clutch but it still pull hard to

redline - just has a few hiccups along the way. I'm also running 91 octane here in CA and don't remember if it did it before the octane switch. Thanks.
