scene report: denmark
okay so im over in denmark right now for work, my company's HQ is here so we are touring the R&D facilities and factories. ive been in copenhagen, and now struer.
i thought for sure i would see a ton of TTs but no such luck! came across two mark 2s which were completely stock and NO mark 1s at all... lots of modern dubs and a lot of them seem to rock audi wheels over here, its strange. a few "chav-tastic" older dubs that look and sound like pure crap. a few A4s, etc. but nothing special so far.
best car i have seen here was a black VW R36 wagon! what a beast! i didnt know this car even existed. tax on a car over here is 180%, so even a regular old TT would cost over 100 grand US. i guess that explains all the bicycles everywhere and tons of little wierd cars.
its a great country but no cars have moved me, the best thing so far has been the absolutely insane amount of gorgeous perfect women. a definite plus! =)

Denmark is easily one of my favorite places, Copenhagen specifically.
Have you been enjoying the herring on dark bread and Aalborg Akvavit?
Spectacularly beautiful country -- and residents to match.

Cobenhavn isn't bad...
Oslo ftw
I am going to Helsinki and Stockholm next month.
I was impressed by the Fords when I was over there. SO much nicer than what we have here.

Hi ScoTT :-)
I have just been writing to Steve Schwing :-)
He told me you were in Denmark :-)
You are right there aren't many TT's in Denmark and spareparts are almost impossible to get.
Thats why we but from your contry :-)
By the way - my TT is in Denmark.. he he
You should have seen it when you drove by Slagelse on the highway from Copenhagen to Jutland :-)

http://www.tt-forum.dk/Side%20med%20forhandlere/FORHANDLERE.html</a
