Default Screw in tire, where to get fixed? Dealer?

I found a screw in sidewall of my rear tire. As of now, the tire is still holding air. Is it overkill to go to the dealer to get this fixed? I know the plug is straightforward, I'm more concerned with how the car is cared for while being fixed. Thanks.

You're probably going to need a new tire, and this isn't a warranty issue so a tire shop is best...
