Secondary injection - incorrect flow saga (still unsolved) ...
Well, checked for hose integrity, replaced the combi-valve and relay, took out the solenoid and pressure tested it with it on and off, ran the output tests for solenoid and air pump; all are fine. With the output tests, I can hear the solenoid, relay and air pump operate. I'm still getting this annoying 16795 incorrect secondary air flow code.
Can anyone suggest something else that I should try. This issue is driving me nuts as I've trying to resolve for the last 8 months. My mechanic has no clue either.
Thanks in advance,
Henry

I did pressure check the braided line ...
that goes from the solenoid to the combi-valve with a vacuum pump up to 25psi and no leak. Other lines I visually checked. Sigh...
