semi-OT: For those looking for DVD's/movies...or what the heck is heel-toe anyway info...
Check out Grand Prix...it's an older movie, but very well done. I'd forgotten from the other time that I saw it, but they actually show a driver's feet & hands while executing a heel-toe downshift....much easier than describing it for sure.
