Just checked my Bentley . . .
It is on the drivers side of the car. Look for the washer fluid blue cap. See that? now look just inside the engine compartment near the firewall/base of windshield. That's where the picture is showing it to be. The manual shows you using the screw driver from the took kit on its side and turning to remove the cap.
This is what it says:
Hydraulic system, checking for leaks, checking fluid level and if necessary topping up hydraulic fluid
Fluid level for power - assisted steering
If fluid is cold:
- Do not start engine but bring front wheels to straight - ahead position.
If fluid is at operating temperature (above approx. 50C):
- Start engine and bring front wheels to straight - ahead position.

- Unscrew filler cap with dipstick using a screwdriver - arrow - .
- Clean dipstick off with a clean cloth.
- Screw cap on hand tight and unscrew again.
I have never looked for it.

from what I can remember....
Not 100% sure, but I think it is under one of the covers on the passenger side for the 225.
I was at a club tech session and the tech topped off my power steering fluid (and some others) and remember him taking a cover off to get at the power steering reservoir.
