Service at Steve Taub Audi in Santa Monica?
I bought my 2001 225QC there in late April and, while service has not yet been issue, I'm wondering if anyone out there has dealt with their service department. Just wondering what to expect, especially since the Audi Certified program added two years to the existing balance of the warranty.

Only 1 experience when I lived in Santa Monica . . .
in early 2002. Took my car their to have the instrument cluster replaced (sticky tach at startup), as well as routine maintenance. Got the car back & the instrument cluster wasn't fitted properly. They also underfilled my oil by 1 quart. After a couple of weeks I noticed they didn't replace ANY of the screws holding the lower dash (in the fuse panel), either! Oh, and they busted my windshield washer fluid cap (again!).
