Setting up the Greddy RS is harder than I thought LOL
Basically when I got it; it was holding nicely at 20lbs max. I decided to adjust it and see if I can get some peak back. Now I get 22lbs but it bleeds off a little quicker. The sticker is missing off the top so I'm not sure if I'm going softer or harder. I tried it with the screw almost completely screwed down and it bled like crazy. Then I backed it all the way out and it seemed like it wasnt blowing off at all. I guess I have to find the happy medium. This is going to take alot of stop and go tuning LOL.

Here's a shot of the sticker.

I'm at 5.5 or 6 turns now with single spring........
seems to hold boost fine. If you have both springs in - what preload are you at though? One turn etc? I'm thinking of trying both springs with a single turn.

I honestly don't know how many turns I am at, as I haven't ever adjusted it. With all the problems
you have had, I'm too scared now to fuss with mine ; )
I will check when I get back home - I'm in Puerto Rico this week. Previous 4 trips I had never seen a TT, and very few Audi's at all. Seen a silver 225 coupe yesterday, and a white 225 coupe (first time I've seen one in person!) this morning, along with a spattering of A4's this trip...

If I remember correctly - I think that it was set at just one turn from full soft.....
I should have just put the damn thing on as is! However, I remembered all the discussions on people using only one springs and using 4 turns towards hard. I love the response of the valve, and I appear to have preloaded it correctly now.

Yup. I backed it out till there was just a tad of spring tension and then cranked it down
seems to be ok with my setup. It's not bleeding boost or honking under vacuum. I'm gonna be doing some logs so I'll check it then. I might try the dual spring as well just to see if I note any differences.
