Default Dieselgeek - fun, easy install, but>>
...after a while, it won't feel like shifting is so "short" any more! Nothing wrong with the shifter, but you just get used to it. Exactly like my chipped car doesn't feel "chipped" anymore, until I revert back to unchipped mode.

If the other options posted here (not familiar with them) allow you to adjust shifting shorter and shorter, they may overcome this ho-hum effect.
