Slight bearing noise when clutch out in neutral during cold start up???
After some more snow here in Mich I started up my car after sitting outside for the week and noticed a slight whrrrr kinda bearing noise that went up and down with engine speed and with the clutch out in neutral. It would immediately go away if I pressed the clutch in. It went away after the car warmed up but it has been colder outside before and regardless I dont thing a bearing should make any noise. I have had that "vibration on deceleration" problem on my car and wonder if it could be related?
My coolant light also came on and started flashing-not that its related-but that went away after shutting down and re-starting.
Any thoughts on the bearing noise though???
Another problem that will be hard to duplicate for the dealer.
27k on the car.
