Default So can one paint over an already painted valence?

Or would the new paint not adhere to the surface?

Default Check for any 'pits' or 'chip's, if so, fix 'em, or...

they will show up rather badly on the new paint.

Default "professional" is a term that's thrown around too much...hell...even I'm considered to be one.....

scary thought, ain't it?

yeah......any reasonably competent body shop should be able to handle it
