so if i get chipped here is my plan and a couple of questions

tell me if this can't happen. i have CPO till 100k. i want to buy another ecu and chip that one, keep the other stock one handy for worst case scenario of breakage so that everything matches. buy the sercurity bits from griot's to easily swap them. i know i'll have to get the right series of ecu. then i can have whoever does my chip make the new one work with my car right?

where can i find another ecu? how much?

the boost levels would be normal if the stealership were to look or would they be dated and then trigger the dealer to wonder why it hadn't been running for so long, then i'm busted

Get the flashload chip and when you take it to the dealer....

you can turn it back to stock. I have had mine at the dealer many times since I got my car chipped and everytime I change it back to stock and they have never said anything to me about it....I really don't think that they look that closely any way. And if they ever reprogram your ECU that is covered under the GIAC warranty and they will reload the chip program again for free.
