Default Any auto store...>>>

PB Blaster is really good stuff. Shoot the rubber donuts to and they'll slide off easier. YOu can also unbolt the mounts and deal with the donuts when everything is off the car. There are (2) 13mm bolts on each side. You'll need an extension to get to them but you may find this easier than wrassling with the donuts.

BTW, I use this tool for removing and installing the rubbers. Available at Sears:

Default so steve, can i use this PB blaster to loosen the center clamp bolts as well?>>

loosening the center clamp bolts is my main concern now, because everyone including you started there...is there a possibility that even after using a liquid penetrant, the bolts do not rotate? i asked my local napa guy, he said i'd have to spray the penetrant and let it work on it overnight!

Let it set for awhile. Spray and respray, let sit for an hour or so....Overnite is a bit extreme..
