Default Some ******* ran into me today, Have some insurance questions.......

Just my luck on friday 13th this **** happens to my new car(3 months old). The exhaust is completly bent, so my question is do you think I can convince the insurance to pay for a apr exhaust since it has to be changed anyway, also I'm letting the audi bodyshop do the repairs. Is there anything I need to watch out for prior and after its fixed? Thanks for your help!!

I'm worried about the drive home now too. Very sorry to hear about your incident.

I think your insurance will only pay for an OEM exhaust, not an after-market performance exhaust.

Default Can't you just have them reimburse you for however much an OEM exhaust costs?

then you personally pay if the APR one is more expensive.

Default I would assume it could work that way if the work wasn't being done at

the Audi dealer but the dealer may not want to install APR.

Default Hmm true...

but you could have them just not install an exhaust, then take it to a shop or do it yourself...

I'm sure the OEM exhaust is $$$$, so it should work out just fine.
