MTM makes a Stage IV and a Stage III for the 1.8T, but ->
The Stage III stays at 1.8L; the Stage IV goes to 2.0L (Stg. III plus stroker kit). Prohibitively expensive, at $10,000 for the Stage III and $5,500 for the 2.0 conversion. Power numbers are about 360hp for IV and 326hp for III. That works out to $115 per extra horsie.

Hans Dahlback has a 2.0 conversion: 420 hp / 448 ft-lbs and a 495hp/471 ft-lbs
It's very expensive though. Hans has done quite lot with the 1.8 motor.
Check out his website, and search for the TT upgrades.
Oh, by the way, Hans did the tuning for one of my chips.
