Default Stereo experts need a little help..

had a strange thing happen today with my Kenwood KDC-889. It turned itself off out of no where. I checked the fuse and it seemed fine. I removed the fuse and reintalled it. Viola! The stereo came back on. As soon as I adjusted the volume on the headunit it went dead again! I went through the same process again with the fuse. Same result. It came on and then went dead when I touched any function on the headunit. The same thing happens when I use the remote too. What's going on?

Occasionally the fuseable part of the fuse makes partial contact. Try a new one
