Had the car at the dealer the other day for an oil change.On the drive home, I went to put my window up and and the auto switch only goes half way up and get this the stereo turns off, then a few moments later my emergency brake beeps.I also tried the passenger window and it did the same thing, stopped halfway up. Once I got home i tried to replicate but no luck. But today I had the car out for a drive and made a right hand turn. As soon as I hit the right turn signal the radio turns off and on again. This made me remember that I did the exact same thing before I had the strange issue the other day. Anyone have any ideas?

Check the battery. Common for weird stuff like this to happen when it's weak.

Thanks the battery was going and I had the battery replaced. But was able to replicate the radio going off and coming back on by using the power windows. I wonder if the window motor is also going and causing a power draw on the system?

My 05 TT got real wet once and had the same issues with the radio and windows, no e brake beep though. Years later, the passenger window will go down instead of up. Not worth it to me to spend the $$ diagnosing it.
