It takes time but with patience you can beat the dealer. This is for incorrectly "fixing"

What are the details? They scratched the bumper? or just didn't repair it properly for you? Both?

Default I bought my 1st TT from them - they are bozos! Everytime I took it in for service,

I'd have to take it back the very next day as they'd forget to hook back up a sensor or something. It'd allow me to get home of course but would throw a CEL the next day or 2. So every visit was a repeat visit..... or they'd never have a part and then would order the wrong one, etc. Worst Audi dealer I ever dealt with..... These same clowns are also the same crew who left pens on my engine cover in August after they serviced the vehicle.....

Default It's a CPO and I saw a 4" scatch when I inspected it. I have no idea if they did it.

I asked if they'd would repair it. They said yes and had the bumper cover and both fenders painted with no preparation. They just painted over the original paint. The monetary award is for the proper prepping and painting of the parts.
