A corvette Z06 in yellow is available with 0% fianancing. I'm thinking selling the TT and getting the Z06 and driving my old VW as my daily driver.
I love my TT but 180 hp just ain't cutting anymore. My Porsche friends are seriously kicking my buTT at the track. I'm suffering from lappedcaritis- a wind worn right arm and horsepower envy are the major symptoms.
Pro to buying the corvette-
It's cheap (considering other cars with 405 hp)
GM 0% loan is deal.
It will be under warantee
When the warrantee is up, send the car to Lingerfelder in Indy and get 600 hp
Plenty of cheap after market parts
It's yellow (a minor detail but one that does matter to me)
Cons-
IT AIN'T TT

Can you drive it all year? Can you afford it? Can you beat Porsches with it...
If you said yes to *all* of the above, and you don't hafta pay dues to a SO, why not do it?
Corvettes here are strictly summer toys, so that rules it our here, plus many other mitigating factors.
enjoy.

Don't do it!
A Vette is a nice car . . . but it is just not a TT. I have a friend with a C5 Vette and he would much rather drive my TT! He said it is much more fun to drive. I agree with him.
Can't really drive a Vette in the winter, unless you don't have snow where you live.
Good luck with your decision. Hope you stick with the TT. You can always begin to mod the TT.

Increasing TT hp-
I'm going against 928GTs- So I need at least 355 hp to keep up with a stock 928. Can I get 400 hp out of my TT (180) with about 20K in cash and still have street legal car?
