Default THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP and here is the update

after all and all the info about which is the haldex and which is the rear diff...i STILL screwed up (stupid me)

i accidently drained all the haldex fluid (which was just replaced at my 60k tuneup) so now i have to get another tube of it (which i might have to order caz we only have a local VW dealer and no audi dealer in SLO...the closeiest one is in Santa B...about 100 miles away)

the car is still sitting at the shop waiting for the haldex fluid

my final choice is the redline MT-90 for the tranny redline GL-5 for the rear diff both at 75-90w

haldex is just the factory stuff (which i think is the only thing you can use)

thanks for al the help guys....now all i needa know is that they have filled up the tranny fluid correctly (i'll probably have the dealer check it just to make sure next time when i go in)

so basically i paid them $120 and they did all that for me....pretty good deal i think :-)

no i made the mistake at the shop...telling the guys to drain the wrong thing lolssssss

yeah i call the local VW deal and as dumb as it sounds they dun even know what the heck was a 'haldex'.....man that's what you get when you have a chevy dealer as VW and mrcedes dealers....and i dun even wanna go in on about how bad they were when dealing with my mercedes

so i just gave em the part # and they ordered it

Makes me feel bad for the R32 owners getting serviced there.
