Default Similar Problem on Driver's Side

My driver side window "froze" as you describe about two weeks ago for about 30 mins. Then it began operating again but only in the manual mode. None of the automatic features are working: auto up, auto down, the "dip" when you open the door and the auto reverse are all gone.

The dealer has ordered a new window motor which will be replaced on 10/24. Could be the same thing.

Default It must be contagious. Mine just quit today :(

Took the afternoon off to clean the car. Did the inside, went to roll down the windows to let it air out...nothing from the drivers side but slight click..click.
Drats!

Default And now it's working again, WEIRD :)

This is weird. I tried several things to make it work again, including just leaving it alone for a while. Nothing.
Had to run some errands, and the 2'nd or 3'rd time getting back in the car I heard the window drop. Works fine now.
Somehow, I suspect it will be back. Just hope it doesn't stick in the down position.
