Is there any 3.2 TT owners who have lowered their TT?
I am thinking about getting the KW V3 coilovers for my TT. When I was having a discussion of coilovers with TwisTTer, he cautioned me not to lower my TT too much due to an oil pan issue. So my question is how much can I safely lower my TT without wrecking the oil pan driving on bumpy road surface?

You and ZGTT are right, it's a bit risky, but ->
There is someone in here who has lowered his 3.2 on FK coilovers as far as I remember. Unfortunately I don't remember his screen name but I'm sure you'll find his post if you do a search.

YES! - I installed H&R coilovers (set to minimum drop) within 1 week of delivery...
...looks perfect w/ ~1" of daylight between tire top & fender bottom.
Ride is surprisingly supple as well (I've driven this car 3x into NYC (w/ extremely poor roads). I also have H&R coilovers on my S4 -they strike a great compromise between proper ride stance adjustability, control and ride quality. I know they are not the recommended setup in this forum since it isn't the most sporting solution - however, if you want complete ride adjustability with a refined & controlled ride...I highly recommend H&R coilovers.
BTW, my sway bars are stock - wheels & tires: 225/40/18 Michelin Pilot Sport 2 and BBS CH 18x8.5
