Is there anything directly behind the front fascia where the license plate goes?

Is there anything directly behind the front fascia where the license plate goes?

I'm making a smaller mount for the license plate. I took of the cover (shaped like a euro plate) and will probably need to drill two holes on the actual body because the bolt that's on the cover sticks out about a half an inch.
If you look in the photo there are four small round holes and two large ones. I will need to drill two hole a bit closer together and farther down than where the large holes are. Will I hit anything back there?
