Default True. I'm very happy with my hybrid PSS9 now though. Worst mod ever for me --->UR pulleys.

I thought the PSS9 was crap, then drove a TT fitted with KW Variant 2 with the same mileage as mine and gained hope. What I did with my PSS9 was to replace the rear springs with the red ones from H&R's coilover suspension, then I had all 4 shocks disassembled and reworked on. Stock progressive valves were changed and linear ones were used instead. Finaly, the rebound was greatly increased while compression caracteristics were left unaltered. Basicaly, only the PSS9 shock tubes and front springs have been maintained.

Default My audio setup... ->

I bought this amp as a good solution at a reasonable price (SPL Dynamics, made in Finland), to find out after a while that "you get what you pay for". This thing is total crap. I had had a couple of issues with it and right now I'm wondering why I didn't go for an Audison high quality amp. I also regret the fact that I didn't order a special custom enclosure for my subwoofer and a custom amp mount to have my trunk space neat.

Default The only one I would not do again is the DG short shifter....it is well made

does work after some fiddling, BUT I don't really feel that it contributes anything to my enjoyment of the car. On the obverse, the best mods have been to the suspension.

Default Well I just spent all night trying to get the pins out of the connector on the back of the radio>

Took 3 days to get the radio out of the dash. Now it looks like that was the easy part.

Final score....Radio-6 Dan-0. I'm going to bed now. Hopefully I'll dream about new headunits.

Wish I'd never started this mod.
