Default Time for new tires...

Before I start, it's always a pleasure surfing through all the stuff you guys and girls put out here. It's really good stuff...I'm totally unmodded but eyeballing the APR chip for my first step up.

It's tire time for the TT. Currently riding Sumitomo's but I've had a thing for Pirelli ever since my 5000s, I've decided on the PZero Nero M&S. Also, debating 5mm spacers around on stock 5 spoke rims. Any thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated!!!

You'll like the Pirellis, esp. after the Sumis...

Default I have the PZN's, and they're okay. Nothing stand-out or particularly special...

They will, however, blow both the Sumitomos and the 5000's out of the water.

You'd probably be better off going with 5mm in the front and 10mm in the rear if your goal is to fill out the fender flares.

And I've been VERY happy with my APR chip and their customer support (you know, when I call to ask dumb questions).

Default Good choice on the Pirelli PZero Nero M&S

I have those on mine and love 'em. Of course I have always prefereed Pirelli's . I have had them on all our previous Audi's, 99 , 03 &amp; 05 A4's ( actually my wife's cars but I got to pay for them ) Tirerack has a great tire decision guide and tire comparison section<ul><li><a href="http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=AR4&url=%2Ftires%2Fdg%2FSnowUse.jsp%3Fauto Make%3DAudi%26amp%3BautoModel%3DTT%2BCoupe%26amp%3 BautoModClar%3DQuattro%26amp%3BautoYear%3D2001%26a mp%3BsortCode%3D53650%26amp%3Bwidth%3D225%2F%26amp %3Bratio%

Thanks for the quick thoughts...

Reno, I've been on TireRack all morning...I love that place...

And it's good to know I'm not the only one doing this from the office
