Tips for removing the hatch?

Tips for removing the hatch?
I found some videos on removing hatch trim. My hatch is rusted and I’ll pick up one from a junk car. Is this pretty much a remove trim unplug wires unbolt job? Any tips appreciated

I just did this about a month ago, my trim plastic was so brittle it broke in multiple places and about half of the clips shattered. There is a wire harness that wraps all the way around the hatch. You have to pull the wire harness through a hole, I decided to just cut the wire harness about 18 inches from the hole and I connectorized the wires to put it back together. All in all a big PITA job.
