Tire fun.
Well after I saw the posting about how everyone changed their tires after 17-23k miles,
I decided to get new tires after my 45k miles on the OEM's!
I am just interested in a decent replacement, and get new rims and tires next season. I was thinking about Sumitomo HTRs
Any opinions?
Thx.

Re: Tire fun.
I now have Michelin Pilot Sports -nice all around tire, but on my last TT I had Bridgestones OEMs first then went to BF Goodrich G-Force radials so I have tried these three sets to date on my two different TT Coupes. The BF Gs are by far the best value. Not quite as compliant as the Pilots, but great response and plenty quiet. I didn't think the Bridgestones were worth the money and went away in 17,000 miles. The Pilots now have 18000 miles and still have PLENTY of (quiet) tread remaining. Nonetheless, I will probably go back to BFGs when it's time...they are literally half the cost of either of the other two brands.
