Per Audi are on the Gas Cap door. It's always good to Start there. Any juggling from that point will depend on your suspension mods and how you want the car to "feel"..

Thanks guys, this is stock daily driver, didnt know if with a wider tire (higher performance) it would want a little more pressure, running 38 lbs now , will take it down and watch how wear patterns go.

38 isn't necessarily too high. I have my fronts at 39-40 and rears at 36-37.
My tires have 20k miles on them and have worn very well and are remarkably quiet. My exhaust is kind of loud though, so maybe they are loud and I just can't hear them.
