When my A4's 10K oil change was completed a week ago, the service writer
popped the hood and did a "quality check" before handing me the keys. I chatted with him briefly about whether it should even be necessary, and he said that he'd much rather find a bad fluid level before cars leave the lot rather than losing the customer's confidence if they find something wrong. I like his attitude! This is Sunset in Beaverton Oregon.
