Default Tom's Wax Challenge Update #4 - OK All you Zaino Users...

...I've got LarryTTs 'prescription' for applying the Zaino. Are there any last minute suggestions?

I have one Zaino applicator and a few all-cotton right brand name etc. towels for waxing/washing.

My only question is should I go find more than one applicator for the Z-1 - Z-5, Z-2 procedure or should I use the one and it's ok to add the other stuff when switching to that mode.

Thanks<p>Tom Boucher

Default You need more applicators and

use very little. If you don't, it will take longer than you think for it to dry.

Default You'll need a tall glass of sweettea. :-) (more)

In case you didn't know you can play the stereo without the key in the ignition. I'm not sure if this is in the manual because I still haven't studied the audio section. With the car off, you just need to turn the stereo off and back on and the radio will start playing. I thought this was cool... perfect for when you are doing the zaino routine. The top will be down and you can enjoy your favorite BOSE audio system! ;-)

Default Unless you have swirl marks or scratches, you do not need to use the Z5!!!!!!!!

Default I want to emphasize something...

It has been said by someone else in this thread already, but I want to emphasize this, the less you use, the better the shine. I am not kidding. I knew this when I started with Zaino, but chose to ignore it, thinking "gee, how can that be?". Its very true. One day, I decided to put very little on because I was in a hurry and very lazy. It came out twice as good as previous applications.

As a side-note, it is very helpful to dampen the applicator when you put the Z-5 or Z-2 on with either CLEAN water, or better yet, a little Z-6. The Gloss Boss suggests this, and it makes a WORLD of difference, at least in my experience.

Good luck, and enjoy yourself!
