Default Torque for front swaybar bushings and rear shocks?

I'll be replacing these items soon. Would anyone be kind enough to tell me the proper torque settings?

Thanks.

Default Lower shock bolt - 110Nm, upper 60Nm >>>

although for some the upper bolt needed to be tighter due to suspension noises.

Also make sure the suspension is loaded (jack up control arm) when tightening the shock bolts.
