Default TT, Blue/Black Int, Premium and Sound on the way.

...My fiance' and I are anxiously awaiTTing the arrival of my new Audi. Of course, iTT will be about 15 more weeks unTTil we get this baby, but man will this be cool!

After reading some of the posTTs about the Bose package, I am a little concerned about the facTT that we paid $1200 for a sound system that may be mediocre. Being a sound buff (in my cars), it is really importanTT for me to have an excellent sTTereo in my vehicles.

Has anyone heard that if the Bose doesn't quite make it to par for us, can it be downgraded with a refund or anything like that?

Also, I am a bit paranoid about having this car broken into (or even stolen). My plan is to add a "KILL" switch- hidden in drivers side somewhere, use a very expensive Club, use a car cover, and get a LoJack installed. Is this paranoid enough for you?

Does anyone have any opinions about these theft-detering features? or
Can anyone suggest any additional ways that I can be even more secure?
How good is the factory alarm system?

Thanks ahead, Vertifly

Default wow....15 weeks! You guys are patient!....>>>>>>

My dealer has a 225 denim coupe with Aviator gray sitting on the lot right now! (Greenville NC).
I need you to get it outta town cause it matches mine exactly! On the theft issue, you may be a bit paranoid. The 2001's with the immobilizer system are pretty immune from hot wiring or general drive-away theft. If they want it badly enough, they'll flat-bed it away and only a Lojak will help you there (Maybe). Good luck (15 WEEKS??????)
