Default TT Finally got fixed - Bad Optima Battery.....

As you may know. The TT died a slow death on the way to TT-East. It got flatbedded to Pittsburgh.

The problem turned out to be a bad 3 week old Optima Battery.

Cost me $460.

Default OMG! Was that the cost of the rental? They didn't charge you for the tow truck did they?

Glad to hear that it's fixed though.

Default Rental is supposed to be $239 for the week. I still plan on turning everything in.

When the original battery started to die I went with the Optima. I didn't think the warranty would cover a battery.

Default I thought it sounded like a battery when we spoke while it was being loaded.

You had me puzzled when you said that you had just replaced it. Never imagined that it would be bad. Those exact symptoms have happened to me on two failed batteries. That is why I thought that might be it. Glad it is diagnosed and fixed.

OK, I got it figured out now, it's not the alternator. Sounds like a bad battery

So, sorry about that mess. Surely, you can be compensated somehow financially.
