Default TT has developed a slight hesitation around 4200 rpms - What's Up??

Recently I have noticed when in either 4th or 5th gear that when accelerating aggressively, the TT has a bit of hesitation around 4200 rpms and doesn't pull particularly strong beyond that in those gears.

I did notice today that when very aggressively going through the gears that I felt the same little hesitation in 2nd, but the car continued to pull strong to 6500 rpm.

Any ideas on what this might be?

I'm running APR, FMIC, 007DV, stock N75, TTDA.

TIA

Sounds like maybe your DV is sticking. Have you lubed it lately?

Default Ditch the 007.......

They hiccup under pressure....
You're at the stage where A diaphram valve will work better for you John....Think DVR..

I agree. I ditched the 007 and went DV-R. Best thing I did

Default Thanks - DVR and Race N75 Going Back In.

I took both of these out due to rupturing hoses when running 100 octane and wanted just a tamer little car.

I don't know what level of boost I was hitting with the DVR and Race N75, but the TT was an absolute screamer with them in there.

Gotta go watch Braves and Cubs.

I want to see Cubs and Red Sox in World Series.

Default the 007 comes apart. Just get some Mobil 1 high temp grease >>

and grease it up. There are instructions on Forge's website
