Default TT heading in for 40k Service . . . what have I forgotten that needs to be done?

This is what is on my list, have I forgotten anything?

1. 40,000 Service. - (My oil, don't touch brakes.)
2. MAF needs to be replaced.
3. FSU/Cluster needs to be replaced.
4. Haldex Service.
5. Car pulls BADLY to the left from massive amounts of torque steer. I have had this for the longest time and always forget to mention it! lol This happens both chipped and stock.
6. Replace dampers. I will see if they will do this with my H&R's until I get my PSS9's.

Anything else anyone can think of?

Default Sell it first? ;-) Question on the MAF replacement.......

Is it throwing codes? What are the symptoms? I get a "hiccup" at about 4k and 5k during WOT but not during partial throttle. Want to know what I can do to check the MAF. I go in on Wednesday to have my CD changer replaced, and both rear interior side panels and flaps as well as all the seat trim pieces that were broken when they put in the grey seatcover.

Default Codes? Nope . . . not a one . . .

From everyone that has had a MAF replaced they had the same symptoms you described and I am seeing with my car. From what I have read it takes a totally broken MAF to throw a code since mine and yours are still working, just not througout the entire rpm range.

Car just DIES near 4,000 and comes back to life at 5,000. Pisses me off to no end. Trying to accellerate and get slammed forward from the engine stopping, then slammed back when it kicks in again!

I know it is NOT the DV, tried 3 different ones with the same affect. Marcus spent almost $300 on a new MAF and it totally transformed his car back to what it was like before the MAF broke. Maybe tomorrow I will swap my MAF with Kim's and see what a difference it makes.

I will put my stock chip back in tomorrow or Wednesday and also remove my storage box so they can access my FSU's.

Default OK - that's what I thought - no codes but mine doesn't die - it just seems like the acceleration is

very nonlinear. When I do part throttle to WOT it doesn't really do it - only on 1-2-3 WOT acceleration. Weird. I'm gonna do some 120 block logs and check my DV when it's out (going to dealer with regular DV) but it does it with either the Forge or the new H DV that I only use for trips to the dealer. Of course I'm sure they'll blame my K&N filter panel if the MAF is bad.

Default hmm it looks like you've got everything.

Here's a few things that I am sure they'll do anyway.

Top off all fluids.
Replace Wipers?
Check CV joints?
Check rear brakes?

I think that's about it.

Only thing in my car they can blame is the 007P, but I can always toss in a blown G valve! lol

I have a 2000 and expect 2 more services, one for 45k and one for 50k.
